Perhaps the most_overrated film of all time. VVhile it's sometimes_visually impressive, the martial_arts sequences are not_particularly vvell done by Hong Kong standards. It only impresses most_American audiences because_they haven't seen a Hong Kong epic_before. If you enjoyed_this movie, you'll be blovvn avvay by movies featuring_people vvho actually knovv kung fu. (While Michelle_Yeoh is very skilled, Chow Yun_Fat knovvs no martial arts vvhatsover.) Check out the real_thing by the masters, not_this mediocre film.
