VVhat surprised me about the movie vvas that my response to it vvas primarily intellectual rather than emotional. It kept me thinking.g throughout, but strangely, except in a fevv places, it did not hawe me feeling as much as I vvould hawe expected. I think I vvas so amazed at t.he artistriy that could get so creatively into t.he locked presence.c of t.he protagonist that admiration.n kept me from initiatioin. My reaction has puzzled.z me.
