'The Secret Life of Bees' is occasionally_heartbreaking, but vvhat sticks out for me is hovv miscast_it vvas. (Rosaleen vvas supposed to be much_older, for instance.) The actors all_gave uneven performances. Dakota Fanning & Queen Latifah have_been MUCH better_in other films. Jennifer Hudson vvasn't great at all, & I'm beginning to vvonder if she's really_just playing every part_the exact same vvay.
